Cobra Image Router (CIR) for AXIS communicates directly with the AXIS 7000 Network Document Server, enabling a wide variety of supported scanners and digital copiers to intelligently route electronic images into the Lotus Notes and Domino environment. CIR routing destinations are easily configured using a Lotus Notes user interface, and include; a Domino.Doc binder, any Lotus Notes database, Lotus Notes and Internet email addresses, websites based on Domino, and fax gateways. A user simply selects a destination from the control panel of the AXIS 7000, and with a touch of a button, paper documents are transformed to digital information and delivered to the Lotus environment.
