Webb, the Women's Center of Jacksonville is a non-profit community organization dedicated to providing information, referrals, counseling, advocacy for victims of sexual assault, and educational programs which deal with the personal, professional, legal, and financial concerns of women and their families. | Outreach Broward is a private, not-for-profit agency which provides residential care to youth, and support to families experiencing various difficulties.
