In all cases, the following files/information should be provided:
· OS
· Versions of Domino, Notes, Internet Explorer, and CIM (help -> about CIM)
· CIM.INI (found in \Program Files\Cobra\CIM)
o Contains all Admin settings – including LDAP, pathing, etc
· CIMTrans.LOG and CIMErr.LOG (unless names were changed in Admin options)
· If error is with checking in a document, search for and send DDOC****.LOG
· If error is with OCR/PDF conversion, send a screenshot of any pop-up messages.
