OnTime Group Calendar extends the functionality of the existing Lotus Notes standard calendar, providing instant updates, resulting in a dynamic group calendar. On Time provides the ability to create as many group calendars as needed within the organization. Individual group calendars can represent small groups consisting of the members of a project group, up to large groups representing the entire enterprise. Users can access group calendars through the standard Notes client or a web browser, providiing a concise method to obtain a complete overview of the availability of your organization's resources, including physical resources such as, meeting rooms, AV equipment, inventory, etc...
