Cobra Image Router (CIR) is the premier tool that integrates networked scanning and digital imaging devices with the powerful routing, data store and collaboration capabilities of Lotus Notes, Domino Document Manager and Quickr. CIR communicates directly with these devices to intelligently route images into the Lotus Notes and Domino environment. What is required of a CAR?
Resell Cobra products to the corporate market.
Leverage your own sales force to solicit business and sell Cobra Products.
Develop business opportunities involving Cobra Products throughout the area in which you normally conduct business.
Develop and maintain a dedicated sales and marketing force that is appropriately trained to support the sale of Cobra Products.
The CAR must provide first line support to their customers. Cobra is available for support issue escalation. However, Cobra will only work the support issue if the CAR is directly involved. We feel it is important for the CAR to remain directly involved, to properly maintain customer relationships. Technical support for the CAR is provided free of charge from Cobra.
The CAR purchases Cobra Product software licenses directly from Cobra or an appointed Cobra Distributor.
The CAR agrees to pay an enrollment fee. This investment provides for membership to the CAR Program and associated benefits, as well as internal use copies of each Cobra Product Solution, to be used for demonstrations, training, product sales and support.
You must be an IBM Lotus Business Partner in good standing to be eligible for enrollment.

Cobra will require that you agree to the terms of the CAR agreement and complete all necessary paperwork.
